Estates of Glenmoor is a family-oriented, gated residential community in Canton, Ohio, surrounding a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and the Glenmoor Country Club.

Our community is situated in a convenient location with easy access to OH State Route 21, US Interstate 77, and two airports - Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Akron-Canton Airport.

Top-Rated School District

Children in our community attend the Jackson Local Schools, which has been awarded a Silver Medal by US News and World Report, ranking it in the top 3% of U.S. high schools. The Ohio Department of Education has consistently rated the Jackson School District as "Excellent."

Managed by Homeowners

Estates of Glenmoor is managed by an unpaid Board of Directors comprised of seven homeowners. The community operates under a comprehensive set of Deed Restrictions and Rules and Regulations.

Professional Management

Specific services and amenities are funded by quarterly dues paid by homeowners and managed by a professional management company. The Board of Directors has selected Associated Property Management to administer the day-to-day management.
